The Flexi Fish Filet Knife has a thin, flexible blade for filleting fish. It’s narrow, long blade enables the knife to move clearly along the backbones of any sized fish, in and around areas adjacent to bones, and to easily remove skin from the flesh. Great for the filleting, skinning and slicing of larger fish. Handmade in the Tuscan village of Scarperia by Coltellerie Berti, dedicated to the artisanal production of cutting tools since 1400. Ideal for: kitchen.
