The Soft Cheese Knife is a compact cheese knife designed for deep and round cheeses like parmesan, Sicilian, canestrato and gave. The tip is pressed into the crust and pushed downward until the cheese falls away. The short, stubby blade does not bend and snap to the force needed to cut into harder cheeses.
