Eligo is and by choice will always remain a Boutique Store with Artisanal Production. This choice has a few noteworthy implications:

• We have Limited Stock of products, especially our more exclusive items.
• We have Long Production Times in comparison to industrial design companies
• Our products may display Minor Imperfections of hand made manufacturing.

This is how we addressed the issues of small scale production:

• We provide you with Complete Transparency regarding our Stock and Production Times. This is why we have established a Estimated Delivery, which we usually beat and constantly improve on.
• We have established Strict Quality Standards we abide by. All our products undergo a tight quality control at the artisan, assembly and packaging level. However it could happen that some minor defects could go unnoticed. If you are unsatisfied with our product all you need to do is send us some evidence and we will be happy to replace them!

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Any goods marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
• Goods must be unworn and unwashed.
• Goods must have all tags, including any ELIGO hangtags, attached.
• All items returns must include the original box in its original condition, without postal labels.

If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible to reserve another item.
Items may only be exchanged for other items on eligo.it
Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

Sold items may not be returned or exchanged.
