This 7 piece cheese knife set is made of full tang blades with box wood or red Lucite handles. The set includes the hard cheese knife, soft cheese knife, compact knife (or parmesan knife), Trapezium knife, spatula knife, and bow knife. The semi-hard cheese knife is only available in the set. These are narrower than the hard cheese knife to decrease the surface area of the blade coming into contact with the cheese, reducing drag and pulling of the cheese.
